Many of our clients have quite a massive demand for a better search and archiving features in their backend system, all operated from Outlook.

We have implemented the solution for multiple clients now and over the last year we have estimated that our clients in average safe at minimum a man months’ worth of effort by using our tool. A saving that will only increase when the number of users are increasing per client.

The main features of the solution performed from Outlook are:

Search

Archiving of – emails and documents

Attach Document and / or email from your back-end system

You can use features such as e-mail, Customer ID, Policy ID, Claims ID, Name & Surname, Address etc. Your search options can even be specialized in the way that you might benefit even more.

Our clients are saving; approx. 10 sec per search, and approx. 20 sec per archiving – due to search and archiving in your Backend system can be performed directly in Outlook.

Celebration time – IO Archiver has been live +1 year

It is now more than one year ago that our first client went live with our IO Archiver module! The IO Archiver is a tool (an “Outlook extension”) to perform searches and archiving directly in your backend system – all operated from Outlook.

More clients are now using the solution and we are pleased to inform you that the tool has processed +164.000 searches, and +26.000 e-mails have been archived.
